Sesh offers several patent-pending, innovative features. Once a friend is invited via Shop with Friends button on a retailer's website or via our Facebook app, a private Shop-N-Chat room is launched on the website. Now the fun begins for friends shopping together!

  • A private Shop-N-Chat Room offers our Mall Experience: 2 tabs with 2 modes of shopping ...'shop together' and 'hunt Apart'.
  • In 'shop Together', shoppers enjoy a guaranteed same page view, ensuring clear communication, so 'You see what I see.'
  • When 'hunt Apart', friends shop on their own and are tracked by friends. When click 'Check It Out!' or 'Show & Tell', all are moved back into Together tab to discuss finds. Each shopper's purchases are added to the shopping bag in this private tab. From here they go through Checkout outside the Shop-N-Chat Room.
  • When Together, 2 or more people surf & scroll in sync. When someone clicks a link, everybody moves to that page. When anyone scrolls, everyone's page scrolls together.
  • Two drawing tools (permanent and fading) speed communication. These markup tools are used in place of face-to-face hand gesturing to point out products or underline text of interest. This actually becomes even more effective than face-to-face communication because all parties interact precisely with the same content. Permanent marks can remain when returning to marked pages.
  • A note can be pinned next to items on the page to jot down thoughts about them. Notes can also reappear when returning to pages with notes.
  • Chat can be used anytime! Chat bubbles appear on the page & jump out of the way at mouseover to view the page; they disappear in a few seconds. A chat log opens in a sidebar, providing an unobstructed view of the webpage. Items discussed via 'Check It Out!' or 'Show & Tell' are stored here for retrieval during the session.
  • With one click, shoppers 'publish' a Facebook postback to all of their friends regarding their shopping activities, potentially reaching thousands of people.
All Solutions include standard features such as real-time reporting, search for up-to-the-minute data, logs with aggregate of past and current chats for analysis, and customer country location, operating system and Web browser type.

Additionally, customers and Call Service Agents join using Sesh's Magic Word solution that utilizes a unique keyword that launches a private customer service room on the retailer's website at the same location the customer is viewing. This room has the same patent-pending features.

Sending an invitation to a friend to shop together is easy and quick. Whether customers want to shop with friends, family, or others, it's fun, rewarding, and can even be a bonding experience. Lastly, our Facebook Application, Shop With Friends, is available to members, already interested in socializing, to say to a trusted friend "Let's go shopping!"
