Another Sesh innovation provides Call Service Agents with a new tool which enables them to move from Service Call to Instant Co-Browse. Sesh is the ONLY technology that enables agents and customers to communicate with a shared visual, essentially utilizing the website like a showroom.

By providing a customer on the phone with a unique keyword, we call the 'Magic Word', they can meet in seconds on the same page and exact location the customer is viewing. When they view content together, the agent's ability to up-sell and cross-sell is enhanced as they navigate together and guide customers to products that best meet their needs. This level of service surpasses all others.

A third person can be invited into the Sesh between agent and customer. This might come in handy if the customer needs someone else's opinion or approval to make the purchase.
