Jarrod Rogers, Founder and Chief Executive Officer Jarrod is Chief Executive Officer of Sesh, and is the inventor of its patent pending technology. Jarrod has more than 10 years of experience leading and managing mission-critical software projects in both the business and military fields. Jarrod has been designing collaboration systems since 1996. His prior work inspired the commercial enterprise product Sherpa/IPD (Integrated Product Development), and also the collaboration engine for the DARPA-sponsored Command Post of the Future (CPOF) system which is currently being utilized by the US military in Iraq to determine and coordinate command and control decisions. Prior to founding Sesh, Jarrod was a Software Program Manager with SYS Technologies, where he led a team of engineers to build and support advanced functionality for the CPOF project. Prior to his work at SYS Technologies, Jarrod was Lead Software Engineer at Parliament Hill Software, where he led a team of software engineers to develop a patent-pending next generation Retail Point-of-Sale system.
Daniel Hattis, Chief Operations Officer
Daniel is Chief Operations Officer of Sesh. Dan has over 10 years of experience in the technology industry as both an executive and as an attorney at law. Immediately prior to founding Sesh, Daniel practiced law with the Law Offices of Angelo Parise, specializing in business, technology and consumer law. Previously, Daniel was Vice President of SG Capital, a Los Angeles based boutique investment bank focusing on merger and acquisitions and private placement transactions for private technology companies. Prior to SG Capital, Daniel was Director of Strategy for Rentals, Inc., a Web-based marketing management software provider for the multifamily real estate industry. Daniel was instrumental in raising $26 million in financing for Rentals, including equity investment from leading venture capital firms. Daniel formulated and executed the company's marketing and inside sales strategies, increasing renter Web traffic from 18,000 to over 200,000 unique monthly visitors and growing the customer base from zero to over 3,500 property owners and managers, before the company was sold to Primedia Inc.
Evencia Leite, Vice President, Sales and MarketingEvencia Leite, Vice President of Marketing, has 15 years experience in brand management, marketing, sales and product development. Her career has mainly been focused in beauty, fashion and housewares. Evencia brings with her a strong retail background. She was a key player in designing product lines for retailers such as Nordstrom, QVC, Amazon.com, Walmart and Anthropologie. She has worked on a myriad of brands including Liz Claiborne, Good Housekeeping and Mistral. Prior to joining Sesh, Evencia was the Vice President, Sales and Marketing for Mistral where she created a brand strategy that catapulted Mistral to the next level, allowed for global expansion and increased sales 115%.Steve Crepeau, Vice President, Business Development Steve has extensive experience selling and managing software sales teams for the past 20 years. His sales teams have closed thousands of deals from $10K-$10M. Steve has been VP of Sales in a publicly traded company ($200M+ annual revenues). He led the sales efforts of a start-up that grew from scratch to $30M+ in revenues and culminated in a successful IPO. He co-founded a company and was responsible for closing a multi-million dollar deal with the U.S. Federal Government as their first customer.
